Overview:TRC is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our Power Distribution Engineering team within our growing Power Sector. This is an in-office position, and candidates must be local to one of our Richmond, Virginia office location.
This position supports project tracking, coordination, and permitting activities. The role also provides administrative and coordination support to Managers, Supervisors, and staff to help ensure project objectives are met and customer expectations are achieved.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance coordinator will work with the Right of Way Supervisor to provide project oversight, quality assurance of deliverables, and assistance with ongoing development of training resources and training seminars for a team of individuals working on non-compensatory easement acquisitions, document recording, and property research in support of communications and electric utility-related projects.
This position involves continuous auditing of project deliverables including reviews of document quality and reviews for completeness in the documentation of landowner communications. The Quality Assurance Coordinator reports audit findings to the Right of Way Supervisor.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Right of Way Supervisor in the collection and organization of metrics, key performance indicators, database management, meetings and reports
• Participation in public involvement meetings
• Direct coordination with client’s Right-of-Way department and internal staff
• Ensuring compliance with company and site safety policies
• Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and solve problems
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications
• The candidate must have the ability to think and work strategically, keep informed about project activities through communication, data evaluation, and participation in project meetings, work well in a team environment, have excellent task management skills, and a proven ability to communicate professionally.
• Prior Right of Way acquisition experience preferred
• Ability to interpret title reports, land surveys, and technical drawings required
• Knowledge of general real estate law
• Knowledge of real estate title work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients, co-workers and other professionals
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience managing complex data in databases

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
