Distribution Clerk (Warehouse / Hospital Supply Chain) – Santa Fe, NM | Full-Time Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Possible shift change to 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Now Hiring: Distribution Clerk – Hospital Supply & Inventory Operations

Sigma Systems is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Clerk to support hospital supply chain operations in Santa Fe, NM. This position plays a critical role in ensuring hospital departments receive the medical supplies and equipment needed for patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, inventory, distribution, retail stockroom, central supply, logistics, or medical supply experience who are looking to join a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory, replenish, and restock hospital supply carts and stations.
  • Fill supply requisitions and deliver materials to hospital departments.
  • Process and distribute special orders and emergency supply requests.
  • Enter inventory transactions and supply activity into computer systems accurately.
  • Issue and track patient care equipment and hospital supplies.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing warehouse inventory.
  • Deliver supplies to off-site hospital departments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low-stock items.
  • Follow PPE, safety, and infection-control procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to perform inventory, stocking, picking, pulling, and supply distribution tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies throughout the facility.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in:
    • Central Supply
    • Medical Supply Distribution
    • Warehouse Operations
    • Inventory Control
    • Retail Stockroom Operations
    • Logistics or Supply Chain Support
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital environments.
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus.
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License preferred.
