Your Impact

• Coordinate the daily work of warehouse associates and drivers—assign tasks, set priorities, and keep everyone aligned.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks confidently to support throughput and safety.
• Own cycle counts using RF scanners; spot issues early and help resolve discrepancies.
• Plan routing for common carriers and local company truck deliveries to meet schedules.
• Enter, update, and pull data in data works systems; keep documentation current with MS Suite.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers—clear, timely, and respectful.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Hands-on material handling experience, including reach truck and forklift operation.
• RF scanner know-how and a track record of accurate cycle counts.
• Computer competence: MS Suite proficiency and comfort navigating data works systems.
• Lead-level coordination skills—guide people and allocate work without formal supervisory authority.
• Top-tier organization and prioritization; able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong judgment, quick learning, and a lead-by-example mindset that drives positive change.
• Knowledge of carrier routing plus local truck delivery processes.
