What you’ll do
- Accurately select and prepare orders with pick tickets, scanners, or warehouse software.
- Move materials and finished goods safely across the facility.
- Stage items for shipping, production, or internal distribution.
- Confirm counts, labels, and order accuracy before release.
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and production to meet daily metrics.
- Report inventory variances or damaged items to leadership.
- Operate pallet jacks; use forklifts when certified.
What you bring
- Warehouse, picking, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced production environment.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter who works well solo or with a team.
- Basic computer/scanner familiarity is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and strong work habits.
