We are seeking a Distribution Center (DC) Lead based out of Tacoma, Washington!The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse or distribution operations. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, with Monday and Friday starting at 11:00 AM, and Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7:00/7:30 PM, with flexibility to work until 8:00 PM as needed.Purpose: As a Distribution Center (DC) Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory organization, while leading a team to meet productivity and accuracy goals. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

As a Distribution Center (DC) Lead, you'll support daily warehouse operations while leading associates across a full range of distribution activities, including order fulfillment, packing and labeling shipments, receiving inbound freight, stocking inventory, preparing pallets for shipping, and processing returns. You will ensure accuracy and productivity standards are consistently met by carefully verifying orders and delivering the right products to the right customers. In this role, you'll also provide an exceptional experience through positive and professional interactions with clients, partners, and team members. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential, as you'll help foster a "safety first" culture through daily practices and accountability. Success in this position also includes contributing to team performance, supporting company initiatives, taking on new responsibilities, and continuously improving processes as needed.

Salary Info: The salary range for this position is: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour.
