Overall Job Summary This position is responsible for performing Human Resources (HR) related duties in some or all the following functional areas: administering employee COVID-19 testing, documentation and follow up of COVID-19 case management, communicating team member time and attendance, and other duties as assigned. Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday, 10am-8pm -OR- Wednesday through Saturday, 10am-8pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Conduct and/or proctor COVID-19 testing for TMs while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Respond to employee questions regarding isolation periods and return to work eligibility. Partner with DC HR Business Partner, DC Operations and SSC Compliance Department to assist on representing Tractor Supply Company (TSC) for any case management questions. Facilitate and/or provide reporting to DC leadership. Recommend new processes as needed to DC leadership. Maintain working relationships with all DC team members and adheres to all TSC policies and procedures by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies related to safe working conditions. Participate with management in investigating safety issues and violations. Execute other duties as assigned by HRBP. Required Qualifications Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role. Education: Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented approach to work. Ability to effectively coach team members and management through complex and difficult issues. Ability to research and analyze various types of data information. Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues Working Conditions Normal office working conditions Ability to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation Physical Requirements Sitting Standing (not walking) Walking Lifting up to 10 pounds Disclaimer This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
