Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining inventory control processes, which include cycle counting, resolving customer inquiries, invoice discrepancies, inventory discrepancies, returns from customers, inventory consolidation, replenishing, and slotting. This position is also responsible for filing claims with vendors on any damages in shipment or overages/shortages on deliveries. Cross-train with all members of the Inventory Control team to ensure that when there are absences, the team can function at normal service levels. This will also enable growth within the department. Communicate all issues with multiple teams within the organization.
This position is accountable for maintaining departmental files, including receiving and inventory control documentation.
Shift: Day Shift, Full Time (40 hours). Weekend work not required, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Knowledge and Skills:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. Certification.
Work Experience:
Three years of prior professional work experience; related experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility preferred

Working Condition
Salary Range: Minimum $17.37/visit - Maximum $28.68/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
