Role summary
As a Distinguished Experience Strategist (Individual Contributor), you will partner closely with Research and senior business leaders to define the most critical experience problems to solve, uncover root causes, and drive prioritized strategies that improve end-to-end experiences and business performance. You will set enterprise-level direction through clearly articulated recommendations and standards, measurement, and executive influence-without direct authority.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in design, business, or related area and 12 years' progressive experience in experience strategy, UX, or service design with demonstrable enterprise impact and industry recognition (for example, publications, patents, keynotes).
Option 2: Equivalent practical experience in enterprise-scale transformation and innovation leadership.
