As a member of the Display Solutions Organization Hardware Enablement team, you''ll join other outstanding engineering leaders to work hard, have fun, and shape our future solutions and experiences. HP Inc. is building software-enabled ecosystems that deliver compelling, easy-to-use experiences across business and personal computing. As a Display Solutions Organization Hardware Enablement Architect, you will define the end-to-end software architecture and technical direction for display related solutions that function as the bridge between Displays Hardware and various HP based Software Solutions. You will lead teams through the software development lifecycle using both agile and waterfall methodologies, partnering closely with leaders from Product Planning and partner software organizations to translate requirements into executable plans and reliable releases. Success in this role requires strong technical breadth, influential leadership (without direct authority), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while closing gaps and driving outcomes.

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
