Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive snow removal plans for all weather events
• Oversee daily snow operations and adjust staffing levels based on weather conditions and
operational demands
• Select, allocate, and manage appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., shovels, plows, machinery)
• Conduct routine site inspections and provide real-time updates to clients on terminal conditions
• Ensure all operations maintain a clean, safe environment and prevent damage to property
• Manage inventory of snow removal equipment, tools, and supplies
• Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Operations & Performance Management
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of new and existing team members
• Implement and manage operational systems and technology tools
• Develop and present performance reports, including KPIs and improvement strategies
• Monitor passenger satisfaction metrics and provide daily reporting
• Maintain detailed logs of operations, inspections, weather activity, and service records
• Track productivity, efficiency, and accountability through performance systems
• Ensure accurate inventory control and database management
Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations management (snow removal, facilities, aviation, or similar
environment preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to make fast, effective decisions in high-pressure, weather-dependent situations
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Experience with reporting systems, data tracking, and operational tools
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
Work Environment
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Combination of field operations and administrative responsibilities
