Pay Rate $20hr Plus GREAT BENEFITS!!
Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary.
Essential Job Duties
- Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
- Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
- Set routes with drivers.
- Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
- Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
- May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
- Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy.
- Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
- Assume other duties as assigned.

- Not responsible for supervising employees.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- 0+ years of experience required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
- Problems encountered are simple, repetitive and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.
- Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.
- Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager.
- Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.
- No additional competencies required.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
- Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
