Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you'll spend your time:

• Coordinating daily routes for drivers and service technicians
• Building efficient schedules that maximize productivity
• Communicating with drivers throughout the day and adjusting routes as priorities change
• Working with our Customer Service team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
• Responding to urgent service requests and operational changes
• Assisting with logistics for special events and large customer projects
• Tracking route progress and maintaining accurate service records
• Supporting our Operations Manager with reporting and day-to-day operational coordination

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys organizing people, schedules, and moving parts
• Stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly when plans change
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Thinks proactively and enjoys solving problems
• Can balance multiple priorities throughout the day
• Works well with drivers, office staff, and leadership

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, customer service, or operations experience preferred
• Experience in transportation, construction, sanitation, equipment rental, utilities, or another service-based industry is a plus
• Comfortable using dispatch software, GPS/routing systems, and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED required
