Previous experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, customer service representative, or administrative coordinator preferred
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, or home services industry is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize urgent requests and make quick decisions
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians to residential and commercial service calls
Coordinate daily routes and assignments to maximize technician efficiency and customer satisfaction
Answer incoming customer calls, identify service needs, and schedule appointments
Communicate appointment details, updates, and delays with customers and technicians
Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and service information
Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive service requests
Communicate with field technicians regarding job status, customer needs, and follow-up requirements
Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally
Work closely with service managers, technicians, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly
Support invoicing, paperwork, and administrative tasks as needed
