We’re expanding our Dallas team and looking for a Dispatcher to help coordinate service installations and provide top-tier support to customers and field teams. You'll serve as a key point of contact between our call center, customers, and technicians, while helping keep schedules tight, communication clear, and service seamless.
What You’ll Do
Receive and dispatch service installation orders
Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors
Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues
Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location
Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications
Support smooth operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communicator (oral and written)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Calm under pressure with sound decision-making abilities
Experience with basic computer skills and data entry
Proficient communication skills (oral and written)
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Sound judgment and critical thinking
Ability to work well under pressure
High School diploma or equivalent
Candidates must have open availability to work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on rotating Saturdays. Flexibility to cover varying shift times is essential to meet operational needs.
Ability to work overtime as needed
