The Dispatcher / CSR is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in maintaining a full schedule, maximizing technician productivity, and ensuring every customer receives prompt and professional service.
