Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative

We're Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions, Inc., and we're searching for a motivated full-time Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pinckney, MI! WHAT WE OFFER:

Pay:

• $25-$35 per hour, plus bonuses

Schedule:

• 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

YOUR ROLE AS A DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from residential and commercial customers with professionalism and care
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, system installations, and routine maintenance
• Maintain and adjust the daily dispatch schedule to ensure peak efficiency across the team
• Communicate clearly with field crews regarding job updates, priority changes, and urgent service needs
• Assist with administrative responsibilities, including warranty submissions, rebate processing, and permit documentation

OUR IDEAL DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced or high-volume situations
• Possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

While not mandatory, having 2+ years of experience in a dispatcher, customer service, or administrative role is a plus, particularly in the HVAC or trades industry.
