The Role: Impact & Responsibility

As a Dispatcher, you are the "air traffic control" for our fleet. You’ll manage high-pressure situations with calm precision, ensuring our drivers are safe and our customers—from stranded motorists to fleet managers—receive elite service.

Key Outcomes:

• Strategic Logistics: Coordinate driver routes and equipment deployment using Towbook and Google Maps.
• Tech-Forward Dispatching: Manage real-time data entry and driver communication with 100% accuracy.
• Expert Communication: Act as the primary liaison between law enforcement, fleet customers, and our field team.

What You Bring to the Team

• Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of Phoenix streets, freeways, and city address systems. (You don't need a map for the basics).
• Experience: 2+ years of professional dispatching (Towing experience highly preferred).
• Reliability: Our customers depend on us 24/7. You must be available for night and weekend shifts.
• The Essentials: Basic math skills, clear verbal communication, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
