1st Shift: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM | Includes weekends & holidays

We’re hiring Dispatchers to join a fast-paced, team-oriented monitoring center supporting alarm systems across the U.S. While the work is high-energy, the environment is collaborative, supportive, and known for strong team culture and internal growth.
Real-Time Monitoring & Decision Making:
Monitor alarm signals, assess situations quickly, and take appropriate action while staying calm under pressure
Emergency Dispatch & Communication:
Coordinate with emergency services and handle outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
Multitasking & System Navigation:
Manage multiple screens, calls, and alerts at once while maintaining speed and accuracy
Documentation & Attention to Detail:
Accurately log all activity and follow structured procedures without missing critical steps

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent | 18+ years old
Technical Requirements:
Typing speed of 30+ WPM | Comfortable with extended computer use
Good Attendance:
Must be able to maintain very reliable attendance.
