What You’ll Do


+ Coordinate daily routes and dispatch drivers to ensure timely service.

+ Support drivers in real-time with questions or service issues.

+ Resolve customer concerns such as missed pickups, misplaced containers, or property damage.

+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

+ Use dispatch and routing software, along with Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage schedules and data.

+ Provide excellent customer service and promote goodwill with every interaction.

+ Handle high call volumes and identify opportunities to offer additional services.


What You Bring to the Table


+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

+ 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).

+ Flexibility to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional overtime.
