Position Overview
The Dispatch Systems Coordination Representative will play a central role in maintaining dispatch system accuracy, tracking shipment status, and supporting operational communication across multiple freight movements. Candidates in Louisville are preferred for hybrid collaboration opportunities, but remote applicants nationwide are fully eligible. This position provides exposure to structured freight operations while giving hands-on experience in dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update dispatch systems to ensure operational accuracy
Track shipment progress and report deviations or delays
Coordinate with internal teams to support workflow efficiency
Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders in real time
Ensure proper documentation of all freight activity
Monitor scheduling to prevent conflicts and ensure timely delivery
Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending solutions
Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with computers and logistics software
Ability to follow structured processes and operational protocols
Time management skills and reliability
Previous logistics experience is beneficial but not required
