Bel Air, CA | 1st Shift: 1:00 PM– 9:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
Your mission is clear: keep people safe while delivering white-glove customer care. You’ll be the vital link between our high-value clients and first responders, making quick, smart decisions under pressure. Every day is different — and never boring.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of dispatch experience
Proven white-glove customer service background
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Experience working with first responders a big plus
Comfort in a high-speed, high-stakes environment
Bonus points for experience with VIP/platinum clients
GED or Associate’s degree required
