The Dispatch and Field Liaison is responsible for coordinating the movement of the Company's field workforce for all new construction projects. This position works under general supervision of the Director of Human Resources and collaborates with Superintendents to determine jobsite needs and that sufficient workforce resources are allocated.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prioritizes safety as the utmost importance, even before production, and promotes a team culture that makes safety the primary focus for all employees at all times.
• Adheres to safety procedures in accordance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and other state-specific or local agencies, and Company safety policies and regulations.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fully understands and shares a passion for the Company's core values, vision, mission, and objectives.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships as trust advisors to our clients.
DISPATCH AND FIELD LIAISON RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates project workforce needs as forecasted and directed by the Preconstruction Services, Project Management, and Field Leadership Teams.
• Communicates detailed information such as time and specific locations to dispatch employee-owners to jobs in the field to ensure sufficient workforce resources are allocated.
• Works with the Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Generalists, and the Payroll Team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and Company policies.
• Utilizes Company dispatch software and platforms to track the movement and status of the field workforce.
• Communicates dispatch and other employee-owner status changes to Superintendents.
• The Dispatch and Field Liaison may also assist with reception area duties, both at the main lobby and the Human Resources lobby and may assist the Office Administration Team as support during an absence of an Office Administration Team Member.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of experience in administrative support.
Previous experience with dispatching or logistics is a plus
COMPUTER/TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
Smartsheet experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:
Not applicable.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to receive instruction and supervision.
Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).
