The utility/dishwasher position is responsible for sanitation of the room service and catering delivery systems, including food carts, return trucks, meal service items, etc. for breakfast,lunch and supper. This position:washes pots and pans throughout the day; is responsible for trash removal and general cleaning to provide a sanitary environment throughout the department; keeps assigned areas clean and orderly;ensures adequate paper supplies are available on shelves from materials management; assists others as needed to provide food and service at a destination 10 level for quality. Required: Must have or obtain a Henry County food handler card. Must be able to push/pull food carts and/or dirty food trucks (50-100+ lbs.) daily. Must be able to push/pull/lift dish racks or food/supply products (10-50 lbs.) daily. Must be able to climb on a ladder or bend down to clean equipment or surrounding areas daily.
