The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitizing and cleaning of all utensils, dishes, and equipment. The dishwasher ensures that wares of the front and back of house are organized and properly cleaned.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cleans all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
- Follows strict sanitation requirements.
- Keeps work areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Assists kitchen staff as needed.
- Operates the dishwasher as needed.
- Monitors and restocks cleaning supplies as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
