We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Food Prep/Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
• Support meal plating and presentation as needed
• Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols
• Assist with catering events or special meal preparations as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Experience

• Previous experience in a dietary department or food service environment is preferred
• Experience in menu planning, food preparation, or cooking is advantageous
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is essential
• Background in restaurant or culinary settings, including catering or serving roles, is beneficial
• Skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and food industry best practices are desirable
• Prior kitchen experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
