Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and efficient throughout shifts
• Support the kitchen team by assisting with cleaning and restocking duties
• Maintain cleanliness in prep and service areas following sanitation and food safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and enthusiastic environment
• Team-oriented attitude, willing to help where needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment as required
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required—training provided
