JOB SUMMARY:
Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, or other kitchen supplies or facilities. Operates dishwasher or hand washes to clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans. Organizes and distributes clean and dried items. Cleans cooking or food storage areas. Appropriately disposes of trash, including cooked or raw food items.

- 7:00am- 3:30pm
Compensation:
- $20.00/hr + DOE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, sinks, and work areas.
- Remove trash and recycling and transport it to designated disposal areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when supplies are low.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Cross train in other kitchen areas, to help cover open shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required):
- High school graduate or GED.
- Skill and ability for routine use of kitchen equipment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current ServSafe Certificate.
- Healthcare food service, cooking, baking and cashier experience preferred.
