DISHWASHER
Dishwashers are an integral part of the team here at THE ROCK. We wouldn't be able to serve our guests without the clean dishes and glassware you provide. We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic hard workers. Bring us your positive attitude and be a part of this amazing team! Come work in a fun, fast-paced environment where the music is always on! We are a family-oriented, casual dining restaurant specializing in wood fired pizza.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carefully handles glass and dishware to prevent damage
- Operate and maintain commercial washing/sanitizing machines to clean and sanitize smallwares
- Clean and sanitize restaurant equipment and the facility
- Maintaining excellent food safety and sanitation requirements
- Ensure BOH has enough clean equipment and dishware at all times so as to not diminish the guest experience due to long wait times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A motivated, self-starter with a friendly attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
- Ability to stand, reach, walk, and bend for extended periods of time while working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Experience preferred but not required
