Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Cleaner to join our restaurant team. This vital role supports the kitchen and dining operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. You will also help maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and restaurant environment.

• Rinse and wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using industrial dishwashers and by hand when necessary

• Organize, stack, and store clean dishes and kitchenware properly

• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and restaurant

• Empty and clean trash and dispose of waste according to health and safety standards

• Assist with unloading deliveries and restocking kitchen supplies as needed

• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

• Perform opening and closing duties related to dishwashing and cleaning stations
