Lift/Move 40 Pounds, Restaurant, Sanitation
Work nights when the restaurant is open for business (Wed through Sun), dinner only, and will be expected to perform the following duties, with minimal supervision:
- Sets up commercial dish machine upon arrival and closes down machine at end of shift.
- Maintains daily cleanliness, cleans and sanitizes throughout shift.
- Follows cleaning and sanitation procedures when hand washing plateware, pot/pans, kitchen utensils.
- Puts away cleaned inventory in proper storage spaces.
- Sweeps and mops floors, wipes down countertops, empties trash.
- Must be able to lift 40 pound pots and dish racks.
