About the Role
MCSAA is hiring a dependable Dishwasher & Fill-In Cook to support our senior meal program. This role focuses on dishwashing and kitchen cleanup, with the ability to assist with food prep and step in for cooking as needed.
We are looking for someone reliable and interested in a long-term position.
Responsibilities
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
Assist with food prep and meal service
Fill in for the cook as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Work as part of a team with staff and volunteers
Provide friendly, respectful service to seniors
Qualifications
Kitchen or food service experience preferred
Reliable and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
WA Food Handler’s Permit (required)
Pay & Benefits
$17.13 – $18.50 per hour (DOE)
Sick leave and vacation accrue immediately; available for use after 90 days
SIMPLE IRA with 3% match after 6 months
