We serve our clients across the nation to enhance their preparedness programs; create more resilient and sustainable communities; provide innovative solutions to enhance their response; and obtain and manage grants and loans to support their recovery.We are currently seeking a Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG‑DR) Senior Managing Associate who will lead CDBG‑DR program workstreams and consulting teams in providing programmatic and administrative support to state and local government clients in the implementation of CDBG‑DR grants.Support senior project management staff by administering CDBG‑DR programs through leading program workstreams and assigned staff, including coordination of status reports, client meetings, and management of work plans to ensure timely and budget‑constrained delivery.Oversee program deliverables to ensure they meet Hagerty standards.Contribute to monthly reports for clients, presenting high‑quality status updates, synthesized data, and action items.Support the Project Manager and Project Management Team in general delivery and in‑progress reviews to maintain a strong and consistent quality standard across deliverables.Participate and provide input to weekly client meetings, project partner meetings, and additional client meetings as needed, managing workstreams for timely agenda and note delivery.Support revisions to and regular maintenance of the Project Management Plan.Candidate qualifications include:Five (5) years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, finance, accounting, non‑profit management, or general business administration.Project management experience, ideally within the disaster recovery consulting field.Demonstrated experience with the HUD CDBG‑DR program, including Housing Implementation Programs (Homeowner Repair/Reconstruction, Rental, Multi‑Family) and Infrastructure Programs (Public Assistance Coordinated/Global Match, economic development).Proven written and verbal communication skills, with a writing sample available for the interview process.Experience managing teams of at least two people.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and related technology platforms.Job Types: Full‑time, Contract, TemporaryEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
