Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and perform assurance activities related to the development, maintenance, and execution of disaster recovery (DR) plans, runbooks, and recovery procedures
• Coordinate and participate in DR testing activities including tabletop exercises, technical failover testing, and cyber recovery scenarios
• Create reporting for Compliance KRI/KPI tracking to identify issues and proactively remediate risks
• Support tracking and remediation of findings from DR tests, audits, risk assessments, regulatory examinations, and compliance requirements
• Assist in mapping applications and infrastructure components to business services and recovery priorities
• Provide operational support during DR events and incidents, including execution of recovery procedures and coordination across technical teams
• Support assurance activities related to backup and recovery processes, including data protection, replication, and restoration capabilities
• Partner with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure DR strategies are aligned with operational and regulatory requirements
• Support third-party/vendor resilience assessments and remediation efforts
• Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans for the U.S. Technology organization
Required Skills:
• 5–10 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or operational resiliency functions
• Strong understanding of DR planning, testing, failover/failback procedures, and operational recovery processes
• Experience supporting DR testing exercises, audits, regulatory reviews, or compliance initiatives within financial services environments
• Working knowledge of backup/recovery technologies, infrastructure environments, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with DR/BC frameworks and standards including FFIEC, ISO 22301, NIST, and/or COBIT
• Strong communication and coordination skills across technical infrastructure teams, application support teams, cybersecurity teams, and leadership stakeholders
• Experience creating reporting, tracking KRIs/KPIs, and managing remediation activities
• Ability to operate effectively during high-pressure incident or recovery scenarios
• Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting cyber recovery exercises and operational resiliency initiatives
• Experience supporting BCM programs and continuity planning activities
• Experience with third-party/vendor resilience assessments
• Certifications such as CBCP, DRII, ISO 22301, ITIL Foundation, AWS, or Azure certifications
• Financial services or capital markets industry experience
