About the Role
Joining the team in Australind on a casual basis as a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person centred active support to individuals living with disability. This role primarily involves Supported Independent Living (SIL), which includes assisting people with disability in either shared accommodation or their own homes. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in some community access shifts.
You will be working across a 24/7 roster, which will include sleepover shifts and will provide support across various areas including personal care, daily living tasks and active support activities.

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
