Position Type : \n \nFull time\n \nType Of Hire : \n \nExperienced (relevant combo of work and education)\n \nJob Description\n \nFIS Management Services, LLC seeks Directors, Business Process in Jacksonville, FL to develop and execute critical business objectives to ensure operational excellence. Work cross-functionally to identify, collect, and analyze information needed to make critical business decisions, track progress on performance indicators, and define and implement process improvements. Prepare and deliver presentations for Senior Executive level leaders, which requires the expert ability to distill complex issues into clear narratives and actionable strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, strategy, product, and business development teams to ensure important topics are presented to leadership for awareness, discussion and decision making. Monitor staff performance and work with employees to implement goals and document progress. Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations. Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Provide consultation on the use of process re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. \n \nREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: leading and supporting in the domains of planning, execution, and project management; collaborating with sales, marketing, strategy, product, business development, and other cross functional teams and clients across the organization to ensure topics are presented to leadership for awareness, discussion and decision making; articulating concepts into facts creating senior executive quality visualizations and presentations for the preparation of senior executive presentations; utilizing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentation creation and developing insights and analysis to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decision making; developing insights and analysis to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decision making; developing and driving adoption of strategic, performance, process, and productivity measurements and track progress against business objectives; and identifying, implementing, and testing strategic, performance, process, and productivity solutions that solve critical problems and improve business performance and processes.
