REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Women and Children’s Services; must have a proven track record of success in improving patient and staff satisfaction, a high degree of clinical proficiency, and effective leadership skills
- License: KS RN or Compact RN license required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred
- Computer Skills: EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite preferred
