Director, Underwriting

In this role, you will:
- Implement underwriting strategy

- Develop and manage underwriters
- Drive growth & maintain profitable book of business

- Ensure compliance

To be qualified, you must have:
- 6+ years of WC underwriting experience

- 5+ years of leadership experience

- Bachelor’s degree and industry designations are preferred

- Ability to travel
