EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing and Management with a focus on sports, athletes, and consumers marketing with leadership responsibility.
- Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale marketing initiatives and events.
- Proven experience identifying, signing and managing Regional & National level Athletes & Team Partnerships.
- Experience in Collegiate Sports & NIL.
- Strong understanding of sports culture, trends, and emerging communities on a regional and national level.
- Experience managing significant budgets and delivering ROI.
- Expertise in content, storytelling, and integrated brand marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with high standards of work performance
- Travel 50-60%
