This role involves leading the preparation, review, and timely filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.
- Manage disclosure controls, SOX external reporting, and technical accounting memos to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee equity accounting and disclosures, ensuring transparency and executive-ready reporting.
- Lead the tax function, supporting transfer pricing initiatives and global expansion efforts.
- Manage lease accounting and related technical matters using FinQuery.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Legal, and leadership on earnings materials, scripts, and external communications.
- Support the development of proxy statements and annual reports.
- Lead and develop a senior SEC accountant/analyst.
- Drive adoption and discipline within Workiva for all external reporting processes.
