Our Directors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and holding our team accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Director's two main areas of focus are directing our team so that the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively, while coaching and developing those around them. Directors lead by example, hold themselves accountable and set the tone that others will follow.

Director Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of their area of the business
• Possess a heightened awareness and responds proactively to ensure positive outcomes regarding the flow of food and guests
• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest''s needs
• Supervise and hold our team accountable
• Coach, encourage, and develop our team
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Open and/or close and lead shifts
• Communicate effectively with our team, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Be positive, friendly, and encouraging
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to manage and address Team Member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required, but is preferred.

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners

who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own

content and policies.
