- Draft and edit correspondence and reports for review.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and take meeting minutes.
- Organize materials for business meetings and special projects.
- Monitor costs, order supplies, and manage corporate credit card administration.
- Update lists and organizational charts.
- Contact vendors for service as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferences
- Experience supporting a senior manager or executive for one or more years.
