Responsibilities
The Director of Revenue Cycle Systems and Support oversees the systems, processes, and analysis within the Revenue Cycle. Responsible for collaboratively creating and sustaining the workflows and tools associated with numerous Revenue Cycle departments, including Registration, Utilization Management, Revenue Management, Denials, and Patient Financial Services. Acts as a liaison between IS and Revenue Cycle. Proactively works to implement process improvement within the Revenue Cycle departments. Develops training documentation and tools for departments. Oversees the comprehensive training program to support all areas of Revenue Cycle.
Qualifications
Education• Bachelor''s Degree required• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor''s Degree Experience• 5 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle or relevant experience required
