About Us:

Director, RCM Intergration & Training

The Impact You Will Make:

If you’ve built your career in dental revenue cycle and know what “great” looks like —from insurance and billing through collections—and you thrive when partnering with operations to make it real, this role was designed for you.

We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to take ownership of performance across a rapidly growing, multi‑site dental organization. This leader will work remotely and will connect strategy to execution, ensure consistency across 100+ practices, and play a critical role as we continue integrating new offices.

In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring that Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) and Office Managers (OMs) are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to execute Imagen’s RCM strategy, including collections, profitability, and compliance.

 What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation plus a yearly perfromace- based bonus.
  • Remote work
  • Benefit package including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and pet care.
  • Matching 401K.
  • Holidays and generous PTO.
  • Opportunities for development and growth.

Responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Revenue performance during practice integrations: Ensure new practices ramp quickly, maintain cash flow, and adopt company standards without disruption.

  • RCM enablement & training: Build and refine training that drives real performance—so teams don’t just know what to do, but how to do it well.

  • Field alignment & operational partnership
Work closely with Regional and Office Managers to create consistency in collections, insurance workflows, and financial policies.

  • Process standardization at scale
Design and implement scalable RCM processes that work across diverse practices and markets.

  • Revenue visibility & risk management
Identify gaps, surface risks early, close leaks, and ensure leadership has clear, actionable insight into performance.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management
  • 2+ years expereince in Denticon
  • Ability to work remote
  • Deep, end‑to‑end understanding of the dental revenue cycle
  • Experience in multi‑site dental or healthcare environments
  • A collaborative leadership style—you partner with operations rather than operating in a silo
