Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Required Work Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years combined experience in either direct patient care or quality management with at least 5 years of leadership experience. A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a Medicare Accountable Care Organization and/or Clinically Integrated Network setting.
