Role description

The Delivery Manager is responsible for endtoend delivery of projectsprograms ensuring they are delivered on time within scope budget and quality standards while maintaining high client satisfaction and governance compliance

Key Responsibilities

1 Delivery Execution Own and manage endtoend delivery lifecycle Drive delivery predictability schedule adherence and quality outcomes Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives

2 Governance SLA Management Track and monitor SLAKPI performance and drive improvements Conduct governance reviews status reporting and audits

3 Stakeholder Client Management Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Act as primary escalation point for delivery issues Drive client satisfaction feedback and continuous improvements Coordinate with crossfunctional teams vendors and partners

4 Delivery Planning Resource Management Define resource plans capacity planning and skill allocation Ensure availability of skilled teams and optimal utilization Manage onboardingoffboarding and resource fulfilment processes Oversee cost billing and financial performance

5 Risk Issue Management Identify assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies Proactively manage issues and escalations Ensure structured risk tracking and reporting mechanisms

6 Quality Compliance Ensure adherence to organizational quality security and compliance standardsDrive process adherence audits and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure delivery outputs meet defined quality benchmarks and governance policies

7 Team Leadership Lead and mentor project managers leads and delivery teams Ensure high team performance engagement and capability development Promote a culture of accountability ownership and excellence

Required Skills Competencies

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Technology Management

Typically 1018 years of experience in IT delivery

Prior experience in Delivery Manager Program Manager roles

Certifications preferred PMP Prince2 Scrum SAFe

Strong ProgramProject Management expertise and Deep understanding of delivery governance and SLA management

Experience in Agile Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies

Strong stakeholder and client management skills and expertise knowledge in in risk quality and financial management

Technical knowledge on Cloud Data or Enterprise platforms depending on context

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
