Sam's Club is hiring a strategic operator to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to our Experience Strategy & Innovation team. This role sits at the center of it all-partnering closely with leadership to ensure the right work is prioritized, teams are aligned, and ideas turn into measurable outcomes.
You'll act as a force multiplier for the organization: building the operating system that allows research and strategy to scale. From creating intake and prioritization frameworks to organizing institutional knowledge and driving cross-functional initiatives, your work will directly impact how effectively we deliver against our most important experience bets.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
