GNR has been retained by an aggressively growing DEFENSE company in search of a PROGRAM DIRECTOR to run a highly-COMPLEX $$$m program.
You’ll play a significant role in the execution and delivery of the company’s largest $400m+ award, which is modernizing the U.S. defense industrial manufacturing base.
We need a proven leader who can build out a greenfield manufacturing facility, commission it, and bring the production on-line. This is a recently awarded program - now it’s time to execute!
- Reporting directly to the Sr Director PMO, you’ll lead & mentor a cross-functioning team; Risk/Ops, Program Finance, Master Scheduling, Construction, Engineering & more.
- Define & monitor program strategies, milestones, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure program execution.
- Experience managing large $$$M budget full-life cycle -ensure full contract compliance & regulatory req’s - Gov’t Mil-Stds / FAR / DFAR / ITAR
- Fully accountable for the program & its resources – while maintaining strong relationships with customers/partners, community, stakeholders, and suppliers – working closely with Executive Leadership.
- Able to work within a dynamic, high-performing & collaborative environment.
- Over 12 years of experience - BS/MS/MBA - US Citizenship - EVM or PMP Certified is a plus
LOCATION: TAMPA, Florida region // REMOTE is an option, providing you’re on-site 50% of the time // minimal business travels
OFFERING: Attractive base salary + 20% bonus + relocation
