Job Description
Help build one of the most innovative leadership programs in higher education!
We're hiring a Program Director at the Novak Leadership Institute at the University of Missouri-an interdivisional unit powered by a transformational gift from David Novak, former CEO of Yum! Brands (parent of Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC) and a proud Mizzou graduate. This is not a typical staff role. We're looking for someone who operates across teaching, strategy, and execution.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Individual with 6+ years in leadership, marketing, communication, or related fields
Holds a master's or Ph.D. in marketing, business, strategic communication, or related field.
Experience in advertising/PR agencies or corporate communication.
Experience managing brands and developing integrated marketing communication plans.
Demonstrated leadership experience and success.
Experience in executive education
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $80,000-$110,00 annually, plus benefits
Grade: GGS-012
