Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management
* Owns and executes the end-to-end lifecycle management of the solution portfolio.
* Maintains a consolidated portfolio roadmap showing current, in-flight, and planned offerings.
* Supports Technology Practice Directors by translating practice strategy into defined, market-ready offerings.
* Identifies portfolio overlap, gaps, and conflicts across practices and brings forward recommendations.
* Serves as an objective source on portfolio market relevance and competitiveness.
Practice & Cross-Functional Alignment
* Partnesr closely with Technology Practice Directors to prioritize investments and sequencing of offerings.
* Orchestrates cross-functional engagement across Sales, Presales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
* Ensures portfolio decisions consider delivery feasibility, scalability, and margin implications.
* Maintains clear handoffs and accountability between portfolio definition and practice execution.
Go-To-Market & Enablement Support
* Works with Marketing to develop supporting collateral, demand generation plans, and messaging.
* Develops portfolio-level sales and customer engagement assets including POVs, workshops, demos, and EBC materials.
* Defines and coordinates enablement requirements across Sales, Presales, and Delivery.
* Ensures offerings are positioned in a way that supports both individual practices and cross-practice solutions.
New Offerings Development
* Guides new offerings through a consistent go-to-market model with clear requirements and timelines.
* Partners with Technology Practice Directors to identify new product and service opportunities.
* Defines what is taken to market (the customer promise) while aligning with Delivery on execution readiness.
* Monitors market and competitive trends to inform portfolio evolution.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
* Establishes a quarterly feedback process with Sales, Presales, and Delivery to assess portfolio readiness and effectiveness.
* Incorporates field feedback into roadmap updates and offering improvements.
* Ensures continuous improvement of portfolio quality, clarity, and adoption.
Metrics & Performance Management
* Defines and maintain portfolio KPI's for operational and financial performance.
* Develops dashboards to track solution adoption, profitability, and lifecycle health.
* Provides data-driven insights to Technology Practice Directors and executive leadership.
General
* Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
* Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
* Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Qualifications
Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience & Technical Requirements
* 10+ years in portfolio management, product management, or technology services roles.
* Experience working closely with technology practice leaders or product owners.
* Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills.
* Ability to balance market demand, delivery feasibility, and financial performance.
