The Director - Portfolio Management will be involved with acquisitions, development management and asset management operations on an expanding LIHTC and Section 8 portfolio in the North East, reporting to the CFO offering strategic oversight and a results-driven approach to improve asset value and operational efficiency within the affordable housing, real estate.
